This is what emerges – as reported by the local Reggio Emilia press – from the evidentiary incident, at the end of which the judge, Andrea Rat, of the Reggio Emilia Court, ordered the forced indictment of the two legal representatives of the pizzeria. A decision that came after an expert opinion by the CTU, the impartial technical consultant appointed by the Court, which put in black and white the existence of a causal relationship between violated workplace safety regulations and death. The prosecutor’s office – which through the prosecutor Enrico Finocchiaro was associated with the expert opinion – will now have ten days to formalize the charge against the two owners, configuring an accident at work with fatal consequences.
