The man in this post is called Albert Kesse aged 50. He left Ghana for Canada full of hope, dreams, and determination.

He believed Canada would be his fresh start — a chance to build a better life for his wife and five (5) children. But tragically, the journey meant to change his life ended the very day he landed in Canada.

Just 10 minutes after arriving at Toronto Pearson International Airport, and while going through immigration, Albert suddenly collapsed. He never regained consciousness.. ☹️😭

For days, his wife and family waited for his call — a call that never came. In their desperation, they contacted the agent who processed his travel documents. Shockingly, all he told them was that Albert had died, without giving any details. Confused and devastated, the family took their case to Auntie Naa on Oyerepa Afutuo.

It was only after Oyerepa FM/TV reached out to Canadian authorities and Ethiopian Airlines that the full story was confirmed: Albert collapsed upon arrival and was rushed to Etobicoke General Hospital, where doctors unfortunately couldn’t save him..
